要如何用ubuntu看DVD呢？
以下是我的解決方法：

首先輸入 sudo apt-get install totem-xine下載xine播放器

再來要安裝影片的codec，不同版本有不同的指令

Ubuntu 9.04

sudo wget http://apt.ubuntu-tw.org/sources.list.d/medibuntu/jaunty.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list

Ubuntu 8.10

sudo wget http://apt.ubuntu-tw.org/sources.list.d/medibuntu/intrepid.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list

Ubuntu 8.04

sudo wget http://apt.ubuntu-tw.org/sources.list.d/medibuntu/hardy.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list

Ubuntu 7.10

sudo wget http://apt.ubuntu-tw.org/sources.list.d/medibuntu/gutsy.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list

Ubuntu 6.06

sudo wget http://apt.ubuntu-tw.org/sources.list.d/medibuntu/dapper.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list

取得金鑰並更新來源，請在終端機輸入以下指令：

wget -q http://tw.packages.medibuntu.org/medibuntu-key.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add -
su
sudo apt-get update

根據您的系統架構來決定安裝 w32codecs 還是 w64codecs，請在終端機輸入以下指令：

i386:
sudo apt-get install w32codecs -y

AMD64 (編註：Ubuntu 6.06, Ubuntu 6.10 無法安裝 w64codecs):
sudo apt-get install w64codecs -y

如果搞不清楚自己的系統架構，可以安裝 non-free-codecs，該套件會根據平台不同安裝不同的版本(w32codecs, w64codecs, ppc-codecs)：

sudo apt-get install non-free-codecs -y

下載完codec之後，最後要下載看DVD的套件

sudo apt-get install libdvdcss2

如此就大功告成啦！
到桌面的光碟片點選右鍵，用其他方式開啟，選擇用Movie Player(Xine)
如此就可以開始看影片囉！
